[Routing](https://knowledgebase.curbwaste.com/routing?hsLang=en) # Creating Routing Plans ## In this article we will walk through how to create a Routing Plan To create a Routing Plan, go to Routing > 'Create Route' ![](https://knowledgebase.curbwaste.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Aug-06-2025-09-04-20-8548-PM.png?width=670&height=239&name=undefined-Aug-06-2025-09-04-20-8548-PM.png) You'll then configure the following; - Service - Color  - Route Name - Waste Streams - Route Day - Estimated Start and End Time  - Vehicle and Driver  ![](https://knowledgebase.curbwaste.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-11-2025-06-12-11-4314-PM.png?width=432&height=406&name=image-png-Aug-11-2025-06-12-11-4314-PM.png) - Now you have created a Route Plan, it's time to create stops on route plan by adding pickups. - If there are no current pickups, you will need to be create one before you can assign them to the route plan. - To Create a Routing Set Up Order, follow the steps in this [article](https://knowledgebase.curbwaste.com/routing-setup-orders?hsLang=en). Once complete, you can assign the stops to the Driver via Dispatch.
