CurbPOS: Orders
How to view and manager your orders in CurbPOS
Sales Page
Create Order
- Customer: Select an existing customer or create a new one
- Order Date: This will default to the current date, but you can change it if you wish.
- Type: Inbound vs. Outbound order
- LEEDs: Toggle this on in order to add LEEDs forms to the order
- Basic Info
- Project: Select an existing project or create a new one
- Driver: Select an existing driver or create a new one
- Truck: Select an existing truck or create a new one
- Container: Select a container if needed
- Reference Number
- Service Location
- Notes
- Load Details
- Gross Weight: If this is an inbound scale order, the scale will feed into this field. You can manually override this field if needed
- Tare Weight: This field pulls from the truck and container selection. You can manually override this field if needed
- Net Weight: This auto-calculates using the Gross and Tare Weights
- Add Load Photo: Upload a photo if desired
- Hide weight on order receipt
- Products & Services
- Product/Service: The products/services pulls from all Rate Sheets that are assigned at the customer-level. The name of the Rate Sheet is in parentheses.
- Rate Type: Is this product/service priced by Tons, Yards, or Fixed Rate?
- Price
- Units/Tons/Yards
Orders Page
Search for and view your orders from this page. Use the provided filters to narrow down your search and click on the column headers to sort. Be mindful of the date range filter in the top right corner.
Click the three dot menu on any column header to add or remove columns from your view.
Click the three dot menu to the right of any order to see the menu of options.
Order Report
If you want to generate a report of your Orders, go to Reports → Order. Set your filters, add/remove columns, and then click Download CSV.
