The Daily Recap is a clickable widget on the Dashboard of your CurbWaste platform that indicates how many orders were created for the selected date range. The widget defaults to current date as a selection and therefore at any point in time when you refer to it, it's going to tell you how many orders were put into your system today. (Note: this does not mean these orders are being executed today. It could be that someone is placing an order today for next week).
Simply put, if Order Created Date = Today, then it will display in this widget. It can be used as a sanity check to know what volume of orders your Customer Service Representative is taking on a given day. Additionally, you can change the date range if you'd like to look at a longer period of time i.e., all orders placed last week, last month, etc. It will also give you a trend percentage to indicate the percentage of more or fewer orders you created in comparison to the prior period.
The widget is also clickable, and will take you to a detailed list view of the orders. This will allow users to see all order details, order statuses, search through the list, export the list to Excel, download all receipts tied to those orders, or download all order forms.
