The Driver Inspection Report was built with the New York City Business Integrity Commission's (BIC) requirements in mind. This optional report currently only accommodates pre-trip reporting at this time. To access this report in the Driver App, your driver will have to tap the steering wheel icon 
in the top right of their screen and then select a truck. Filling out this report is completely optional and can be skipped.
There are a total of 17 inspection items in the full Inspection Report and not all are included in these screenshots.
In the case that you would like to pull these reports, such as for an audit, you can download these reports as PDF files by:
- Navigating to the Reports Page
- Click on the System Data Exports dropdown
- Select Driver Inspection Reports
- Make Truck(s) and/or Driver(s) selections
- Choose a Date Selection
- Click Download
