      Drivers

      What are drivers?

      Drivers are the bread and butter of your waste-hauling business. Driver information must be set up within your Resources section first in order for you to dispatch orders to them and for them to be able to access the Driver Mobile App. Drivers can download the CurbWaste Driver App from the App Store or Google Play Store. 

      Remember, Drivers can log in to the CurbWaste Driver app in two ways: 

      1. User ID and Password
      2. Phone number, which will send the driver a one-time password by text for login 

      How do I set up drivers?

      1. Navigate to the Drivers settings page by going to Resources → Drivers
      2. Click the +Add New Driver button on the top right
      3. Fill out the form. Required fields are Full Name, Phone Number, User ID, Password, Hauler, and Timezone
      4. Click “Add Driver”

      To edit driver information,

      1. Find the driver and click the three dots on the right side
      2. Click “Edit”
      3. Make your changes
      4. Click “Update Driver”

      Resetting Driver App Login Password

      1. Navigate to the Drivers settings page by going to Resources → Drivers
      2. Find the driver and click the three dots on the right side
      3. Click “Reset Password”
