      E-Signature

      This is a digital way to sign documents online, without printing or scanning. They're commonly used for contracts, agreements, and approvals in business.

       

      Note: E-Signature is a premium feature and is not included in standard plans. To enable this feature and receive pricing details, please contact our Customer Support team,  help@curbwaste.com .

      How to Setup

      Once E-Signature is enabled, you can begin uploading your contracts or documents to Contract Templates in Curbwaste and customize them for use with e-signatures.

      You can find Contract Templates by going to: Settings > Integrations > Contract Templates.

       

      Sending an E-Signature Document to a Customer

      Once you've created your eSignature document, follow these steps to send it to a customer:

      1. Search for the customer and navigate to their Customer Profile.
      2. In the Customer Info section, click the Edit button.
      3. Scroll to the bottom of the Basic Details box.
      4. Locate the "Send T&C to Customer" option 
        1. Make sure this box is checked..
        2. Then, select the appropriate template you'd like to send.

      5. Click Update to send the eSignature document to the customer.

       

      Customers will receive their contracts via email from DocuSeal. The email will be sent from the address: info@docuseal.com.

      Contract Statuses Overview

      After sending out a contract, you can monitor its progress directly from the Contracts section within the customer's profile.

      To locate the Contracts section:

      1. Navigate to the Customer Profile page.

      2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the Contracts section.

      Here, you’ll be able to view the current status of the contract—whether it has been sent, viewed, or completed.

      In the Contracts section, you can easily track the progress of your contract through the following status updates:

      • Sent: The contract has been successfully sent to the recipient.

      • Viewed: The recipient has opened and viewed the contract.

      • Complete: The contract has been fully signed and completed.
