What is an Exchange Order
An exchange order in the CurbWaste system is a Delivery AND Removal.
Once scheduled it will show the original order in Pending Removal status, the Exchange will be linked to the original order and be in Pending Delivery status.
You can exchange different product sizes, if desired. You can also schedule multiple exchange orders ahead of time as you can see below.

When viewing exchange orders, you have the ability to navigate between linked exchange orders. You can learn more about this in our article on Linked Parent and Child Orders.
Dispatch View
Under Dispatch, it will show the Exchange as a Pending Delivery under the Driver.
DISCLAIMER: The order number you see in Dispatch will be different to what you see in Settled Orders. The Dispatch will show the Delivery, and Settled Orders will show the Removal.
Exchanges Under Location
Under the Location, you'll be able to view the Exchange and any previous orders in the chain by toggling between active/non-active orders.
