      Exports

      There are several exports that CurbWaste offers.  To find these, you can toggle to Settings > Exports.  The exports we currently offer are as follows: 

      • System Data: this is an export of every single data point related to your orders for the selected date range, so you can view more detail and analyze anything in relation to orders.  Please note: this report can only be run for one year's worth of data at a time.
      • QuickBooks Desktop Data: this is an export that can be used to export and import your invoices into QuickBooks Desktop.  If you'd like to learn how to use this file, please reach out to your CSM.
      • Order Receipts: this is an export of PDFs for all of the order receipts generated for orders for the selected date range.
      • Customer List: this is an export of your current customer list. 
      • Invoice Details: this is a reconciliation tool that can be used to reference invoices that were already pushed to QuickBooks Desktop using the QuickBooks Desktop Data file mentioned above.  If you'd like to learn how to use this file, please reach out to your CSM.
