Attach or Add Services and Price Lists to a Customer Account

To add a new service or price list to a Customer's Account, find that customer and scroll to the Services and Price Lists sections to make any changes.  

  • Services: To attach a existing Service to an account, Select Plus Sign > Select Service(s) you’d like to add > Click “Add Service.”  For example, maybe a customer was only placing dumpster orders, but would now like to order live loads.  You would go to their account and add the Live Load service bucket to that customer's account. 
    • Things to Note:
      • You can also make a service inactive
      • You can have multiple services tied to a single Customer Account, but you can only select services that you are subscribed to 
      • If you have a price list set as a default for that service, then that Price List will automatically attach to the customer's account.  If not, then you will have to select one after adding the service

  • Price Lists:
    • To attach a existing Price List to an account:
      • Select Plus Sign > Select Price List(s) you’d like to add > Click “Add Price List”
    • To add a new Price List to an account:
      • Select Plus Sign > Click “Create Price List” > Enter a Name > Choose Global or Customer Specific > Add SKUs > Click “Update Price List” button on the bottom of the screen and it will automatically attach to the customer account
    • Things to Note:
      • You can also make a price list inactive.
      • If a price list is set as a default, then it will automatically attach the customer’s account once you add the service that it’s tied to onto the customer’s account 
      • You can have multiple price lists tied to a single Customer Account, but can only add them for services that are active on the customer’s account
