As a result, we will often ask you to...   1. clear your internet browser's cached data, 2. perform a hard refresh of your browser window, 3. and/or log out and log back into your CurbWaste account  ...in order to see the new changes reflected in your account. Doing so can provide several benefits, such as enhancing both the performance and security of your browsing experience. Please follow the instructions below on how to do perform these activities in your internet browser.   ### Clearing Cache of your Internet Browser #### Chrome 1. Choose a time range, like **Last hour** or **All time**. 4. Check the box for "Cached images and files". You can leave the other selections unchecked.  5. Click **Clear data**. #### Microsoft Edge 1. Click **Privacy, Search, and Services**.  4. Under **Clear browsing data**, click "Choose What to Clear". 5. Check the box for "Cached images and files". You can leave the other selections unchecked.    6. Click **Clear Now**.  ### Hard Refresh A hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page, which forces it to load the most recent version of that page.
