Invoice by Location Toggle on Customer Profile
When creating a customer or updating a current customer, you have the option to automatically set the location policy to be the same as the customer payment policy. When you create new locations and want a separate invoice, you do not have to manually assign a payment policy.
Invoice by Location for a New Customer
1. Add a new Customer
2. When assigning the Payment Policy, toggle on Invoice by Location
3. Create the Customer
4. All new Locations for this Customer will automatically have this Payment Policy
Invoice by Location for an Existing Customer
1. Navigate to the Customer
2. Turn on the Invoice by Location toggle
3. Confirm if you want to Apply to All Locations or Only New Locations
Note: If orders were placed at the existing Locations before this was toggled on, they will follow the payment policy rules assigned at the time the order was created. Reach out to support@curbwaste.com if you need us to update any orders for you
Ability to Edit Location Addresses
We have added the ability to edit the location address after you have created the location, even if the delivery order has been completed. To update a location address, you can follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Location Profile
2. Click Edit Location
3. Enter the New Location Address
4. Save
