On the Customer Page, you have the ability to make active customers inactive and inactive customers active. This can be done by visiting either the Customers or Inactive Customers tabs and using the toggle next to the customer’s name. In an instance where you might have added in a duplicate customer name or you have a customer that you no longer want to do business with, you can make a customer inactive. Additionally, you may have an older customer that is inactive that hasn’t ordered in awhile that you can activate again.
