How to create and manage your customers in CurbPOS
Customers Page
Create and manage your customers from this page. Use the provided filters to narrow down your search and click on the column headers to sort.
Click the three dot menu on any column header to add or remove columns from your view.
Click the three dot menu to the right of any customer to see the menu of options.
Add Customer
Below are the details about each field:

Customer Name: Displays on orders, invoices, payments, statements, LEEDs

Customer Type: Choose one. The options are created in Settings → Operations → Customer Types

Company Details: Add company information here
- Contacts:
- Billing Contact Name: Customers must have at least one billing contact
- Billing Email: Customers must have a billing email to receive CurbPOS emailed invoices
- Billing Details:
- Payment Terms: Account or COD

Billing Terms: Net 0 - Net 60
- Invoice Frequency: How frequently invoices generate. Each Transaction, Daily, Weekly, Semi-Monthly, Monthly
- Invoice Delivery: Customer's preferred method of receiving invoices. Email, Mail, In-Person

Rate Sheets: Rate sheets are set up in your Settings. Customers can be assigned 1 or more.
- Configuration:
- Attach PDFs in emails: Attach a PDF copy of the order, invoice, or payment to emails sent to customers
- Fuel Surcharge: Charge a percentage based fuel surcharge on new orders for this customers
- LEEDs required: Mark all new customer orders as LEEDs by default and require LEEDs forms to complete orders
- Show Pricing: Show material pricing and subtotals on printed/emailed orders
- Environmental Load Fee: Charge a flat environmental load fee on new orders for this customers
- Invoice By: Set whether invoices are generated at the customer or project. This only applies to customers with Daily, Weekly, or Monthly invoice frequencies
- Require projects on orders: Require projects to be selected to complete orders
