The Order Log is a clickable widget on the Dashboard of your CurbWaste platform that indicates how many orders are or have been executed for the selected date range. The widget defaults to current date as a selection and therefore at any point in time when you refer to it, it's going to tell you how many orders are planned to be or have been executed today. (Note: it will display both completed orders and orders planned to be completed for the date range selected). Simply put, if Service Date = Today, then it will display in this widget and is essentially a list format of your dispatch board. It's a great sanity check to know what volume of orders your drivers are executing on a daily basis. Additionally, you can change the date range if you'd like to look at a longer period of time (i.e., all orders executed last week). It will also give you a trend percentage to indicate the percentage of more or fewer orders that you executed in comparison to the prior period.
In addition to that, the widget is clickable and will take you to a detailed view of each order. This will allow users to see all order details, order statuses, search through the list, group the list, export the list and export all receipts tied to those orders.
