Recurring Billing Template
CurbWaste can generate recurring invoices for your Routing orders with the use of Recurring Billing Templates. Routing orders must have a Recurring Billing Template in order to generate recurring invoices.
We accommodate for both Calendar and Anniversary billing as well as Advanced and Arrears billing.

Quarterly Billing Frequency
If you bill your customers on a Quarterly basis, you must also select a Billing Schedule. For example, if your quarter starts in January, you would select Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct - these are the months that invoices will generate for you to bill your customers.
Calendar and Anniversary Billing Cycles
Calendar Billing allows you to pick a fixed day of week (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Every 4 Weeks frequency) or a fixed day of month (Monthly, Quarterly, or Custom frequency) to be set at the template level to which the billing cycles are anchored. The main reason why you would use calendar billing is to get your customers’ billing cycles to line up with you business processes.
Anniversary Billing has no fixed Billing Days. Upon order creation, the Billing Start Date that is selected will then determine what the Billing Day (aka anchor date) for the billing cycles will be moving forward for that order. The main reason why someone would use anniversary billing is to allow actual operational dates to match billing dates/cycles. Anniversary billing is commonly used in portable toilet businesses.
Routing
Now that you have set up your Recurring Billing Templates, you can go ahead and start creating Routing Setup Orders.
