You can create recurring orders for Exchanges, Roundtrips and Live Loads. You can set the orders to repeat either weekly or monthly, set the day(s) of the week for the recurrence, and also select an end date. The steps below detail how to create recurring Exchange orders, but the steps are the same for Roundtrips. For Live Load orders, you will find the same options when you create a new order:
1. Find your order as you normally would
2. Create an Exchange or Roundtrip order
3. Select your Service Date and click "Create recurring order" Checkbox
4. Fill out the Recurring Order Details
- Repeat every week/month
- Starts: Starting date for the recurring orders
- Ends:
- Never: No end date
- On: Exact end date
- After: Number of recurrences
- Repeat On: The day(s) of the week of this recurrence
5. Click Submit Order and Refresh
Recurring orders will have a special blue icon.
Note: If you want to do multiple exchanges/round trips per day, you can book another exchange for the same day and set the same recurrence.
Canceling Recurring Orders
When canceling a recurring order, you will be able to cancel
- This order
- This and following order(s)
- All orders
Selecting option 2 or 3 will give you the option to cancel the removal order as well.
