Tasks
A Task can be any job, chore, assignment, etc. that you would like your drivers to do. Tasks are not tied to orders or invoices and can be quickly created and dispatched directly in the Dispatch page.
For example, if you need your driver to go to the service shop after his shift, you can add a Task to the end of his schedule that he will see in the Driver App.
Generic Tasks are different from Disposal Tasks, which are automatically created by the system when an order is marked "Unable to Dump".
Creating a Task
Tasks must be created in Dispatch. Click New Task to get started.
Give your Task a name, date, and description. You can choose the Driver now or after the Task has been created.
You can find Tasks at the bottom of unassigned orders and tasks. You can edit, add labels to, and dispatch your Tasks here.
Driver App
In the Driver App, Drivers can start and complete Tasks just like Orders. Tasks can also be marked "Unable to Complete".
