# Terms and Conditions

If you have Terms and Conditions that your customers need to read and accept, you can easily add them to the CurbWaste system. Simply navigate to Settings \> Terms \> Terms and Conditions and enter the text in the provided box. Should you need to make any changes later, you can return to this section to update the information directly.

Once Terms and Conditions are added into the system, your customers will receive them in two different ways:

1. If you add an order placement contact to an order with an email on file for that user, then they will receive an **Order Confirmation email** with a copy of the Terms and Conditions
2. On the **Driver Mobile App**, the Driver has the ability to open the Terms and Conditions and let the on-site contact read them before signing for the order
