# What do emails sent from CurbWaste look like?

## If you are curious about what your customers see on their end...

In CurbWaste, you have the ability to send out a variety of documents to your customers **from directly within the platform**. Invoices, payment receipts, etc. can all be emailed with a click of a button. But what do these emails look like when your customer receives them? 

### **Unpaid Invoice**

The invoice is included in this email as a PDF attachment.

### **Paid Invoice**

The invoice is included in this email as a PDF attachment. Clicking the *Download* button will download a .zip file containing the order receipt and dump ticket (depending on settings) PDFs.
