When a customer has an overdue balance on their account, their display name will be highlighted in red and will include a red flag to indicate to the user this account is delinquent. This flag will appear on the customer page, the billing page and also when a user goes to place an order for that customer. This is helpful as it will indicate delinquency on the account to your Customer Service Representative, who can then decide to not take their order until they make payment.
