What are haulers?
A Hauler, as defined in the CurbWaste platform, is essentially an entity that will be used to assign orders to, which will also provide you with specific view of your dispatch board for that hauler account as well. Many companies will only have a single Hauler view, however others use it for sub-sectioning their views by region or for subbing out work to other haulers. In the instance of sub-sectioning your views, you would create as many hauler accounts as you'd like, name them appropriately to describe the view and make sure the "Belongs to Company" field = "Yes."
For example, if you operate in NY, NJ, and CT, then you might want three separate hauler views for those three operational regions. In the instance that you are subbing out work, you would want to create a hauler where the "Belongs to Company" field = "No" and this would help the system understand that this is a hauler you are assigning work to, but they are not part of your company/business.
For example, if a customer wants service in an area you do not cover or ask for a service you do not provide, you can sub this job to another hauler who you have a relationship with.
Haulers are able to log into CurbWaste to view and dispatch their orders for their drivers using your CurbWaste URL and the email address you set up in the Hauler Profile.
