The customer notes field is where you can enter any relevant notes to a specific customer account. These can include operational notes or billing related notes. In addition to appearing in customer profiles, it will also be visible in customer billing profiles in case you need to view the notes to assist with any billing related tasks for that customer.
How to Add Notes to Customer Profile
Go to the customer profile and click the edit button.
Add notes in the Notes field and click Update.
These notes can also be visible in the customer's billing profile by clicking on the blue notepad icon.
