Order Type/Action Key |
Description |
| Delivery | Delivering a new container onsite to a customer |
| Exchange(Swap) | Taking a new container, and removing the current container to dump the contents (switch, swap). Product size can change if necessary |
| Relocate | Moving the container to a new location for a customer. It can be the same address or a new address. |
| Round Trip | Dumping a container that is onsite for a customer and returning the same container (Dump & Return) |
| Removal | The final action for a container, this will remove it from the customer and allow you to dump the container |
| Copy | Allows you to make a copy of a current or previous order and update any additional information you would like |
| Edit | Allows you to edit the details of an order. Note: based on the status of the order, some fields may not be editable |
| Cancel | Allows you to Cancel an order that is in a Pending status. Orders in use cannot be canceled. |
| Complete | This action allows you to review the Dump Ticket info entered by your drivers, update the information, and generate Overage Invoices for Customers |
| Backdate | The system allows you to enter a previous date for orders. This will put the order in use or remove it on that date and you will not have to dispatch it. |
